“Our World is Changing”

I read this on someones Facebook page last night.
I thought it was spot on, on so many levels and I wanted to share it with all of you. I did change some words and I did a re-write.
This speaks volumes.

I am not trying to offend anyone, but I can not pretend not to see what’s happening around us.

Our world is changing, and not for the better.

Families are stretched thin. Children are growing up without guidance.

Right and wrong are being flipped upside down.

People who are hurting are overlooked, while those who have sacrificed the most are often forgotten.

Many are struggling just to survive, and it should not be this way.

We have removed God from the places where we need Him most.

We have discouraged parents from raising their children with discipline and respect.

We have allowed a generation to grow up confused, angry, and disconnected.

We have watched the cost of living rise while compassion seems to fall.

We have seen the elderly, the sick, and our veterans pushed aside while resources are poured into everything but the people who need help the most.

These things grieve my heart, not because I am angry at people, but because I see a nation drifting far from the One who can heal it.

But here’s the truth I stand on-

God is not finished.
He has not abandoned us.
And darkness never gets the final word.

So instead of giving in to fear or bitterness, I choose to pray.

Father, open our eyes.
Turn our hearts back to You.

Heal our homes, restore our families, and awaken our nation.

Give courage to those who lead, compassion to those who serve, and hope to those who feel forgotten.

Strengthen us to stand for what is right with love, humility, and truth.

And prepare us not with fear, but with faith for whatever lies ahead.

In Your Son’s precious name, Amen.

No matter how heavy things look, God still reigns, and hope is never lost.

Have a blessed day ❤️
