“Deeply Heartbroken”

There are moments when something in the world brushes up against what is holy, and our spirit reacts before our mind even has time to form words.

That happened to me recently.

When a AI‑generated image  circulated — one portraying a political figure dressed in a red and white robe, leaning over a man in a posture that resembles Jesus healing the sick.

When I saw it, my heart sank. I felt disgusted, angry, disappointed, offended, decieved and deeply heartbroken.💔

Not because of politics, but because Jesus is holy, and His image is not something to blend with earthly power or self‑promotion.

When sacred imagery is used carelessly, it wounds those who love Christ and honor His name. It blurs the line between the eternal and the temporary, the holy and the political, the Savior and the saved.

This is not about sides.
This is about reverence.
This is about keeping what is holy, holy.

My spirit needed to speak this out loud, not to stir division, but to guard the place in my heart where Christ alone belongs.

God says at:
Exodus 20:3
“You shall have no other gods before me.”

And Jesus said at:
Matthew 24:4
“Take heed that no one decieves you.”

Jesus spoke these words to His disciples not to frighten them, but to prepare them.
Confusion is not new. Misrepresentation is not new.
But the closer we get to ‘Jesus return, the more the world blurs the lines between Truth and imitation.

God is protective of His glory in His Son because that glory is what heals, saves, and transforms.

When the world casually borrows the image of Jesus for politics, influence, or emotional effect it diminishes the reverence due to Him alone.

Honoring Christ means refusing to let the world redefine Him in our hearts and minds.

No leader, no movement, no ideology deserves the devotion that belongs to Jesus.

Matthew 5:16
“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”

Decernment is not suspicion. It is devotion.
It is the practice of keeping our eyes fixed on the real Jesus.

Oh, how God loves us that He gave His Only begotten Son ❤️

Dear Father in heaven,

In a world filled with noise, imitation, and confusion, anchor our hearts in Your Truth.

Guard our eyes from deception and our spirits from anything that tries to blur who You are or who Your Son is.

Teach us to honor You above every earthly voice and to keep our worship pure.

Let our lives reflect the real Jesus — holy, humble, powerful, and true.

Strengthen us to shine with clarity and give us discernment, courage, and a steady spirit when sacred things are treated lightly.

In Your Son’s precious name, Amen.

Have a blessed day
God loves you ❤️
and so do I ❤️
