“Where Jesus Is Today”
And the Call to Be Ready

Jesus, our King and High Priest, is not distant or silent. Scripture tells us exactly where He is right now.

Seated at the right hand of God, His Father and His God, exalted in glory.

Mark 16:19 says He “sat on the right hand of God.”

Romans 8:34 tells us He is there “making intercession for us.”

And in John 20:17 He declares, “I ascend to My Father and your Father, to My God and your God.”

This is where He is today enthroned, alive, interceding, watching, preparing.

For He is also the One who said,
“I go to prepare a place for you… I will come again.”
(John 14:2–3)

And He will return one day not in weakness, but in glory.

Scripture tells us that the dead in Christ will rise first, and we who are alive and remain will be caught up to meet Him in the clouds.
(1 Thessalonians 4:16–17).

This moment is certain.
This promise is sure.
The only unknown is when.

For that hour belongs to the Father alone.

Matthew 24:36
But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.

So the question comes to each of us:

Are we ready to meet our King?
Are our hearts prepared?
Are our lives holy and acceptable before Him?
Are we ready to give account for every careless word, every cruel moment, every wrong we have done?

On that day, when we stand face to face with Him,

“yeah, but…” will hold no weight.
Excuses will not stand in the light of His truth.

Today, while we live and breathe.
This is the time to turn, to walk uprightly, to show ourselves approved before God.

I pray we do not let this hour pass us by.

My heart longs to hear Him say, “Well done.”

Oh, how God loves us — that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. ❤️

Dear Father in heaven,

Thank You for showing us where Jesus is today.

Seated at Your right hand, interceding for us, preparing for the day You say, “It is time.”

Let this truth awaken our hearts.

Search us, Father.

Remove anything that is not ready for Your Son’s appearing.

Teach us to walk in holiness, humility, and love.

Make our lives a living testimony that we belong to You.

And when that day comes, let us be found faithful, steady, and watching.

Ready to hear the words our souls long for, “Well done.”

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Have a blessed day
and enjoy your Sabbath..
God loves you ❤️
and so do I ❤️
