1 Corinthians 1:3-4
Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and God of all comfort;
Who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

The heart of this passage is simple and powerful.

God never wastes our pain. He comforts us so deeply that His comfort becomes something we can carry to others.
Especially when people are watching how we walk through trials.

This passage of Scripture does not start with our suffering. It starts with who God is.

God is not distant, irritated, or indifferent.
He is the source of mercy, compassion, and tenderness.

This means, – We do not have to earn His comfort. We do not have to pretend we are strong. We can run to Him exactly as we are.

God meets us in every kind of tribulation.
Tribulation is not just “big” suffering.
It includes emotional exhaustion.
Family stress. Caregiving burdens.
Financial pressure. Spiritual battles…
And Quiet heartbreaks no one sees.

God steps into all of it. His comfort is not a moment. It is a continual flow.

And here is the beautiful exchange.
God comforts us and that comfort becomes part of our testimony.
And our testimony becomes someone else’s lifeline.

Our scars become someone else’s survival guide. Our endurance becomes someone else’s encouragement. And our story becomes someone else’s strength.

People all around us are watching how we walk and when all eyes are on us—family, coworkers, church, even critics—our response to hardship preaches louder than any sermon.

We do not have to be perfect.
We just have to be faithful.

When people see:
Peace in pressure. Hope in hardship.
Grace in grief. And steadiness in storms.

They see God living in us…

Oh, how God loves us ❤️

Dear Father in heaven,

Father of mercies and God of all comfort.

Thank You for meeting us in every trial with Your steady, healing presence.

Teach us to receive Your comfort deeply, so it becomes part of who we are.

Help us walk through our days with grace, knowing others are watching and needing hope.

Use our stories, our scars, and our victories to lift someone else who is struggling.

Let our wounds become wisdom.
Let our trials become testimony.
Let our actions reflect You.

Let Your comfort flow through us like living water.

Strengthen our steps, steady our hearts, and shine through our lives today and always.

In Your Son’s precious name, Amen.

I have walked through storms so dark I thought the sun was gone forever…
-Yet, I have learned that my faith did not make me superhuman. It made me held by my Father.

And there have been moments when my heart was so broken I could not even recognize my Fathers voice. But then when my tears finally slowed, and all I could whisper is, “Where are You?” And I surrendered the last piece of my heart…
– His comfort filled every part of me.

May God be with each of you today and bless you with joy and peace…

God loves you ❤️ and so do I ❤️
