“A Heartfelt Word to My Readers”

Sometimes it is hard for me to write studies and devotionals. Not because God’s Word is unclear, but because my heart is tender. I never want to hurt anyone. I never want to offend. I never want someone to feel pushed away by something I share.

But I also know this. I am called to share Scripture as it is written. Not softened.
Not reshaped. Not adjusted to avoid discomfort.

We all come from different backgrounds. We all have different levels of understanding. We all have our own interpretations.

But Scripture itself does not change. And when I share, I want to share exactly what it says, not what tradition says, not what people assume, and not what makes us feel safer.

There are things I can not say because Scripture does not say them.

I can not say Jesus is not the Son of God, because Scripture calls Him the Son over and over.
John 8:17–18, Matthew 3:16–17, John 17:3.

I can not say uncontrolled speaking in tongues is acceptable, when Scripture teaches order and self‑control.
1 Corinthians 14:32.

I can not say only one male and one female of each animal entered the ark, when Scripture says otherwise.
Genesis 7:8–9.

I can not say Mary Magdalene was a prostitute, because Scripture never says that. Luke 8:2, Mark 16:9.

I can not say three wise men were at the manger, because Scripture shows they came much later. Matthew 2:11.

I can not say we go straight to heaven or hell when we die, because Scripture teaches resurrection, sleep, and awakening.
1 Thessalonians 4:13–18, Daniel 12:2, Acts 7:60, Acts 2:29–32.

I can not say we will escape tribulation when the disciples themselves did not.
I can not say we avoid judgment when Scripture teaches we all stand before God.
Romans 14:10–12, 2 Corinthians 5:10.

I can not say we each get our own mansion, because Scripture says the mansions are in God’s dwelling place – the New Jerusalem.John 14:2.

I can not say heaven has gates of pearl and streets of gold, because Scripture says that is the New Jerusalem, coming down from heaven to earth.
Revelation 21.

I share these things not to upset anyone, not to stir debate, and not to make anyone feel uncomfortable.

I share them because I have conviction.
I can not justify what God has shown me in His Word just to keep peace.
Because peace that requires silence is not real peace.

If anything I have shared has made any of you feel uneasy, or if you prefer not to receive my studies and devotionals, you can let me know and I will lovingly take you off the list.

There is no anger, no offense, and no hurt feelings. I only want you to read if you desire to grow.

My prayer is simple. That God teaches all of us in His time, in His way, and according to His Word.

Sometimes the eye can not see what the heart is not yet ready to know. And that is okay. Because growth takes time.
And understanding takes time.

God is patient with us, and we must be patient with one another.

I love each of you very much. If you ever need prayer, or have a question, my line is open.

And more importantly, God is listening.

Oh, how God loves us ❤️

Dear Father in heaven,

Thank You for Your Word that stands firm, unchanging, and eternal.

Thank You for giving us hearts that desire truth, even when truth stretches us or challenges what we have always believed.

Teach us gently and lead us patiently.

Open our eyes in Your timing, not ours.

Help us to love one another even when we see differently, and help us to hold tightly to Scripture as our foundation.

Bless every reader, every home, and every heart reading this message today.

Give peace where there is confusion, clarity where there is uncertainty, and courage where there is fear.

Let Your Spirit guide us into all truth, just as You promised.
In Jesus’ precious name, Amen.

Have a blessed day
God loves you ❤️
and so do I ❤️
