My dear family and friends,
I wanted to let you know that I will be having surgery on my left arm early Tuesday morning. Because of the nature of the procedure, my entire left arm and hand will be out of commission for about 4 to 6 weeks. It will be an adjustment, especially since I am left handed.
But with God’s help I will get through this one day at a time.
I will still be sending out our daily studies, but for a little while they will be refreshers – older devotionals reshared to keep everyone encouraged and grounded.
Even though I will be recovering, I am still just a message or a phone call away.
If you need prayer, need to talk, or simply need someone to listen, I am here.
Please hang in with me during this season and keep me and my recovery in your prayers. I am trusting God for healing, strength, and a smooth path forward.
I appreciate each one of you more than you know, and I love you deeply. And as a dear friend of mine always says, but God loves you properly.
Dear Father in heaven,
I lift up my precious family and friends to You.
Cover them with Your peace today and throughout the week.
Let Your joy steady their hearts, Your wisdom guide their steps, and Your love surround their homes.
Bless their work, their rest, and their relationships.
Keep them encouraged, hopeful, and aware of Your presence in every moment.
And Father, I place my upcoming surgery and recovery in Your hands.
Go before me, be with the doctors, and strengthen my body.
Let Your healing flow and Your comfort remain close.
