“God’s Love Revealed Through His Son”
Today I want to share a simple, beautiful Truth. One that never grows old and never loses its power. It is the foundation of our faith and the reason we have hope.
God loves us.
He loves us so much that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)
This is not just a verse we memorize.
It is the heartbeat of the gospel.
God did not send an angel. God did not send a prophet. God sent His Son.
We call Him Jesus- the name given by the angel before His birth.
We also call Him Emmanuel, which means God with us.
(Matthew 1:23) Why “God with us”?
Because God’s Spirit dwelled in Jesus like no other.
Jesus was fully obedient, fully surrendered, fully filled with the Spirit of God.
He spoke the Father’s words, did the Father’s works, and revealed the Father’s heart.
He came to show us exactly what God is like. Merciful, compassionate, patient, forgiving, and overflowing with love.
God gave His Son because His love is greater than our sin. Because His love is greater than our failures. And because His love is greater than our past.
His love is greater than anything that could separate us from Him.
Jesus came to:
Reveal the Father’s heart. Show us the way to life. Save us from sin. Bring us near to God. And give us everlasting life.
Jesus died for us. Jesus completed His Father’s work.. And Jesus will return for us. This is love beyond measure.
God’s Truth says it simple:
Whoever believes in His Son will not perish.
They will have everlasting life.
This is the gift of God. This is the love of God. This is the hope we cling to every single day.
Oh, how God loves us ❤️
Dear Father in heaven,
Thank You for loving us with a love so deep that You gave Your only begotten Son.
Thank You for sending Jesus, our Savior, our Redeemer, our King.
Thank You that through believing in Him we have forgiveness, hope, and everlasting life.
Help us to walk in the Truth of Your love,
to trust Your heart, and to live with gratitude for the gift You have given us.
Fill us with Your Spirit, strengthen our faith,
and draw us closer to You each day.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Have a blessed day
God loves you ❤️
and so do I ❤️
